- Goods are supplied as per the grade and specification agreed in writing.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, transport or regulatory delays.
- Quality disputes must be raised in writing within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence.
4. Payment
Payment terms are as agreed on the invoice. Late payments may attract interest as permitted by law.
